The Covid Rate

The travel and tourism industry has been hard hit because of the pandemic. People cancelled vacation plans in record numbers to just stay home. With that in mind we decided we should offer our accommodations at a reduced rate to help alleviate cabin fever. So since June 1st our rates were lowered to $99.00 per night, a 20% reduction. That rate is in effect until April 1, 2021 after which we will go back to our original rate of $125.00 per night.

The lower rate is attracting many guests through our website and Airbnb and we have been very grateful for the business. We delight in offering an escape from cabin fever! But that lower rate is not sustainable taking into account the number of amenities that are included:

Complimentary breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, sweet bread, entree, meat, coffee, variety of teas
Complimentary in room snacks, juices, and soda
Heated in ground swimming pool in the summer
A year round hot tub
Fitness equipment maintenance

But the best part is they can use it after the Covid rate expires on March 31, 2021. At that time the regular rates per night will be $125.00 for standard rooms and $175.00 for the Suite. And here’s a thought! Why not buy a card for yourself at the low rate and use it in the summer when the pool is open and life is back to normal!
