- When you make a reservation, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you booked.
- You agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it.
- Reservations are not confirmed until you checkout on our website or you book the reservation over the phone with a valid credit card.
- When you checkout online you will be emailed your reservation details. If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folders.
Your credit card will be charged immediately whether you book on-line or by phone.
We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellations greatly affect us because of our small size!
IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE
- If cancellations made more than 15 days before stay is to begin you will receive a full refund.
- If cancellations are made 7 to 15 days before stay is to begin, you will receive a refund of 50% of your entire stay unless we are able to reserve the room with someone else for the entire stay that you reserved. If the room is re-booked, you will receive a full refund less a re-booking fee of $25.00.
- If cancellations are made less than 7 days before stay is to begin, the nights not used will not be refunded.
- If you arrive and decide not to stay or leave early or you do not show up, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- For a 50% refund, cancellations must be made by email or phone seven to 15 full days prior to 3:00 P.M. on the day you will check-in, otherwise no refund.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days from check-in.
- For example, if check-in is on Friday cancel by Friday of the previous week before 3:00 P.M.
You may also call and reserve rooms and pay over the phone. Your credit card will be charged immediately and you will receive an email confirmation. If you wish to pay in cash upon arrival you will need to reserve over the phone with a valid credit card to hold the room. To do so, please call us at 440-774-3400.
